DISTRiX – An overview of the application
Our application is designed and built for small to medium businesses. It is ideal if you want to:
- Manage and accelerate your sales – by increasing the orders you take from telesales; from the web; from catalogues; from mobile sales teams; or from tills in your shops. To improve your customer service levels, you will need up to date information on your customers; their purchasing history; and details of any special offers you have made. You will want to know their credit rating and the margins you are making. You will also need to be able to accept credit cards and other methods of payment. DISTRiX’s SOP and CRM modules will give you all of these capabilities.
- Ensure that your supply chain can cope with increasing demands – through a detailed knowledge of your stock, items currently on order, and those that need to be ordered to match demand. We can help you to determine optimum stock levels, which will vary according to changing circumstances and seasonal fluctuations. We can also issue orders directly from sales to pick, pack and despatch. Our stock control processes cover issues such as perpetual inventory, stock checks, receipt, put away, etc.
- Make sure that your after-sales services keeps pace with customer needs – by maximising the effectiveness of your mobile service teams; your bench repair teams; and your customer call centres. Our solution can provide job / task management and scheduling, resource management, call handling, call resolution management, escalation and service level management. Our field service module has a fully integrated mobile computing element.
